Stephen was as excited to see me as I was to see him.

Although he did have an aversion to touching me, apparently.

He was really funny, and answered questions before the show. He referenced a sort of inside joke that happened in that Q and A in his opening bit [the line about ballroom dancing, for those that will watch]. He is much bigger in person than on TV. Surprising, right? The show was pretty good that day, and he made a Mormon Mitt Romney joke, which Caitlin found fitting since we were there. Security also confiscated my keys for the duration of the show, because of my pocket knife thing on there. They are more thorough than the TSA, and it's a good thing I wasn't getting on an airplane or I wouldn't have gotten it back. It was also miserably hot that day, so it was nice that we got in to make it worth it. And then it was raining when we got out of the taping. New York has seriously bipolar weather. Good times, good show, would do it again, watch the June 9 episode!
