One of my professors totally quoted Lady Gaga in class! “I want your love and I want your revenge.” If he wasn’t already my favorite professor, he certainly is now.
My new roommate stopped by tonight. Her name is Duh-veen-uh [no idea how to spell it, so there’s how it’s pronounced]. She’s a junior comm major and seems nice. She said she would bring kitchen stuff, so yay! And she said she usually wakes up by 9 a.m., which will be a refreshing deviation from the previous roommate.
We did recommendations in my recitation today, and I recommended being grateful for the little things. Then on the subway, I was grateful that in New York I can see things like this:
